Rec Registration Refund

The refund policy is:

Full Refund: The entire registration fee will be refunded for any reason up until May 31st less processing fees of $5.*

Partial Refund: The registration fee minus $20 will be refunded for requests made from June 1st - July 15th.*

No Refund: No refunds will be made for requests after July 15th unless for medical reasons or approved by the Board of Directors.

* If paid by credit card, the convenience fees charged by the vendor are not refundable.

Deadlines do apply so please ensure you review and mail or e-mail the request timely. Each request is reviewed by the Board of Directors and not all requests will be approved.

Convenience fees charged by the online registration vendor are non refundable. If paid by credit card, we will request the charge be placed back on the card used to register. If the card is no longer valid, please notify the club on the form so a check may be issued. 

**E-mail is preferred as the PO BOX is not checked on a regular basis.**
